Tim Paoli, originally from Greater Cleveland, Ohio, served in the United States Air Force from 2001 to 2005. After his military service, he earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from Nichols College, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2005, and an MBA from Suffolk University in 2008. As our Chief Operating Officer, Tim plays a crucial role in keeping our team united and on track. He expertly manages our daily operations and makes sure we all work together effectively to meet our client’s needs.

Laura Kirschner, our Director of Finance, brings many years of experience in finance to her role at the firm. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Saint Cloud State University, with additional minors in Criminal Justice and International Relations. Laura expertly oversees the financial aspects of our firm, including the management of client funds. Her extensive experience is a key asset to our operations. Laura is deeply motivated and driven by her family—her husband, daughters, and their two dogs.

Chris Collins, originally from Swampscott, MA, is our Director of Settlements and is happily married with two daughters. He ensures that each client receives personalized customer service along with expert industry knowledge to navigate their injury case.

Understanding that every individual and situation is unique, Chris and the team focus on grasping the needs of each client. They are committed to acting with honesty and determination while concisely managing expectations throughout the case process.

Leslie Salazar, our Finance Manager at Michael Kelly Injury Lawyers, grew up in Roslindale, MA. She completed a semester at Bunker Hill Community College and a year at Burdett College, gaining knowledge that has started her career in finance. Leslie spent 17 years in the accounting department within a large third-party property management firm. At our firm, Leslie plays a critical role in managing client funds and developing policies and procedures. She works closely with the Finance Director, overseeing the financial
operations of the firm, and ensuring accountability in all our financial dealings.

Robert P. Kimball, an attorney at Michael Kelly Injury Lawyers, originates from Needham, MA. After spending 12 years in sports medicine and physical therapy, Robert transitioned into the legal field, initially handling Personal Injury Protection (PIP) collections for law firms. Following law school, he joined a Boston law firm before gaining extensive experience working with insurance companies. This experience has equipped him with valuable insights into the insurance industry. Now, Robert manages the PIP collection department at Michael Kelly, leveraging his diverse background to benefit our clients.

Jackie DeFerrari, who was raised in Hanover, MA, serves as our Manager of Client Settlements and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English Writing and Literature from Emmanuel College. An avid certified diver, Jackie also plays the piano and has a passion for baking, reading, and photography. Her diverse talents and interests contribute significantly to her role, where she supports and guides our team in effectively managing client settlements, ensuring that each case is handled with precision and care.

Michael Warren Kelly, an attorney at Michael Kelly Injury Lawyers, was raised in Wilmington, MA. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.B.A. in Legal Studies of Business from Hofstra University in May 2014 and later earned his Juris Doctor from the University of New Hampshire School of Law in 2017, where he was a part of the prestigious Daniel Webster Scholar Honors Program. With many years of professional experience, Michael specializes in Personal Injury, Civil Litigation, and Real Estate cases, applying his comprehensive legal knowledge to advocate effectively for his clients.

Michael Anthony Satterwhite, an attorney with Michael Kelly Injury Lawyers, was raised in Lynn, Massachusetts, and spent part of his upbringing in Hollywood, Florida. He earned an associate degree from Northern Essex Community College, followed by a bachelor’s degree from UMass Lowell, and a JD from the Massachusetts School of Law. As an active member of the North Shore Latino Business Association, Michael also commits his time to volunteering with various non-profits and serves on multiple boards, bringing his legal acumen and dedication to community service into every aspect of his work.

Richard Wyche is an attorney at Michael Kelly Injury Lawyers, originally from Boston. He completed his undergraduate studies at Suffolk University before advancing to Northeastern University School of Law for his legal education. Richard has a diverse background in immigration law, criminal law, and civil litigation. In his free time, he has a passion for mixed martial arts, which reflects his disciplined and strategic approach to both his personal and professional life.

John McCarthy, a Litigation Attorney at Michael Kelly Injury Lawyers, is from Westwood, MA and earned his law degree from Suffolk Law School. He previously served as an Assistant District Attorney in Suffolk County, where he tried around 25 cases, including major trials in Suffolk Superior Court. John brings his extensive courtroom experience to the firm. He lives in the North End with his wife, Stephanie, their newborn daughter, Ava Marie, and their English lab, Curtis Mayfield, who is a well-known figure in the local dog parks.

Cole Owen joined our team in November 2023 as an Associate Attorney, equipped with a strong educational background and practical experience. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Louisiana Tech and obtained his Juris Doctorate from Boston University School of Law. Cole began his legal career as a paralegal at a personal injury firm, where he received valuable training and mentorship. During his time in law school, he completed a hands-on internship at the Law Offices of Jeffrey S. Glassman, further enhancing his legal skills.

Ian Spillane, the Manager of Client Settlement at Michael Kelly Injury Lawyers, grew up in San Diego, CA. He earned degrees in political science and psychology from Leslie University, where he also distinguished himself as the captain of the university baseball team. Ian is now fully committed to his role at Michael Kelly, applying his leadership skills and academic background to effectively manage client settlements and contribute significantly to our team’s success.

Luke Stocker, our Manager of Client Settlement at Michael Kelly Injury Lawyers, originally comes from Carlisle, and earned his degree from Suffolk University as a Ballotti Scholarship recipient. He has been a dedicated member of our team for several years, beginning his career as a paralegal. Throughout his time here, Luke has played a crucial role in managing cases, supporting our legal staff, and assisting with various projects, proving essential to the effective operations and success of our firm.

McKenzie Dill is a Case Manager at Michael Kelly Injury Lawyers and comes from Portland, Oregon. She graduated from the University of Vermont with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a second BA in Global and Regional Studies, focusing on Western Europe. McKenzie brings over a decade of experience in User Experience Design and the Service Industry, skills that enhance her approach to case management. In her personal life, McKenzie is an avid skier, reader, and traveler who also enjoys arts and crafts.

Claire Crean, our Marketing Manager at Michael Kelly Injury Lawyers, earned her Bachelor of Arts in English: Editing, Writing, and Media with a minor in Professional Communication at Florida State University. After relocating to Massachusetts, she refined her marketing skills at a local marketing agency, followed by a role at a law firm, before joining our team. Claire’s diverse experience across industries equips her with the tools necessary to effectively lead our marketing efforts, ensuring we connect meaningfully with our clients and community.

Carolina Torres, originally from Medellin, Colombia, obtained a bachelor’s degree in Financial Engineering and a Master’s in Marketing. With over 4 years of experience, she has honed her skills in driving sales, managing client relationships, and conducting consumer insights research. As the Marketing Assistant at Michael Kelly Injury Lawyers, Carolina plays a key role in managing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and coordinating events to elevate brand awareness. Outside of work, she enjoys practicing yoga and exploring her passion for baking.

Beatriz Stoner, a Case Manager at Michael Kelly Injury Lawyers, originally comes from Recife, PE, Brazil, where she completed her law school education. At the age of 21, she immigrated to the U.S. and began her journey in the legal field. Previously, Bea worked as a senior immigration paralegal, dedicating four years to assisting the immigrant community. She now focuses on personal injury law, eagerly expanding her expertise within our company. In her free time, Bea enjoys listening to records, hosting gatherings, and engaging in arts and crafts.

Denis Cooper is our Director of Client Relations at Michael Kelly Injury Lawyers. He originally comes from Westford, MA. He started his journey with us as a summer intern before advancing to a full-time position as a Paralegal/Case Manager. Now, Denis expertly manages our cases, keeps clients well-informed about their case developments, and efficiently handles the acquisition of necessary records for clients. His meticulous attention to detail and proactive communication style contribute to the smooth operation of our case management and enhance client satisfaction.

Maureen Maguire is a member of the Case Management team at Michael Kelly Injury Lawyers. She is from Stoneham and studied at the University of Vermont. She made a significant career transition to the legal field. Previously, Maureen dedicated herself to her community as a gardening coordinator. Known for her nurturing spirit, Maureen has twice been recognized as the pet parent of the oldest dog in her town. She is excited to bring her community-building skills to new challenges in the legal field with our firm.

Claudia Campbell is the Senior Paralegal at Michael Kelly Injury Lawyers. She holds an associate degree in paralegal studies and a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. She came to us with a decade of experience in various legal fields, including Family, Employment, Personal Injury, and Medical Malpractice law. Claudia joined our team as a Litigation Paralegal, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to support our legal efforts effectively.

Jennifer Roper is a Litigation Paralegal at Michael Kelly Injury Lawyers, bringing over a decade of legal experience to our team. A Salem State University graduate, Jennifer is also a J.D. candidate at the Massachusetts School of Law. With five years of specializing in personal injury law, she expertly manages every stage of a lawsuit. Outside of work, Jennifer is dedicated to community service, volunteering with Habitat for Humanity, St. Bernard Project, and locally supporting soup kitchens and cancer patient fundraisers.

Erin Doane is a Litigation Law Clerk at Michael Kelly Injury Lawyers, currently pursuing a dual JD/Master of Law in Life Sciences degree at Suffolk University Law School, and is from Woburn, MA. Erin previously gained experience working at a family law firm
during high school and completed a summer internship at Clarivate Analytics. Enthusiastic about learning and contributing, Erin supports our litigation team and clients with dedication. Outside of work, she enjoys skiing with her family in New Hampshire and
dancing, a passion she continues to pursue with her personal trainer.

Steff Giorgi is a Case Manager at Michael Kelly Injury Lawyers from Lynn, MA. She holds a bachelor’s degree in painting from Montserrat College of Art. Steff began her career in the legal field as a receptionist in an immigration office, where her skills and dedication quickly led to her advancement to the position of legal assistant. Jasmine Parker is a Case Manager at Michael Kelly Injury Lawyers, born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts. She holds a bachelor’s degree in legal studies from Suffolk University. Jasmine began her legal journey as an intern at the Dorchester District Courthouse and later served as a case specialist in family & probate law at the Edward W. Brooke Courthouse. In our firm, she manages and updates PIP cases, drafts legal documents, and performs various administrative tasks. Outside the office, Jasmine loves traveling, having visited places like Dominica, Australia, and Puerto Rico, which enrich her perspective and contribute to her role.

Amanda Pickwick, a Case Manager at Michael Kelly Injury Lawyers, grew up in Westborough, MA. After graduating from Westborough High School in 2019, she studied political science at Pace University and later earned her paralegal studies certificate from Boston
University in 2024. With prior experience interning at the Worcester County DA’s Office, Amanda is excited to grow in the legal field. In her role, she assists clients in navigating their cases and securing settlements. Outside of work, Amanda enjoys painting,
listening to music, going to the beach, and taking her dog for walks.

Colin Shanley, a Case Manager at Michael Kelly Injury Lawyers, completed his bachelor’s degree in political science at the University of Massachusetts Lowell in 2019 and subsequently earned a Paralegal Certificate from Boston University in 2020. Initially working as an immigration paralegal, Colin has now decided to focus on personal injury cases. Outside of his professional pursuits, he has a passion for cooking, music, photography, and reading, all of which add to his personal and professional life.

Isaiah White, who is originally from Boston, attended Morehouse College and is now a Case Manager at Michael Kelly Injury Lawyers. With a background in psychology and pre-medical sciences, Isaiah brings his deep connection to the community and understanding of the city to his role, where he manages pre-litigation and litigation cases. Notably, Isaiah is the first Historically Black Colleges and Universities graduate in his family.

Romeo Caparas, a member of the Case Manager Support team at our firm, originates from Davao City, Philippines, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in physical education, specializing in School Physical Education. With over a year and a half of experience at another firm, Romeo now plays a vital role in our team by assisting case managers. He supports them with document handling, requests, and communication, ensuring smooth operations and effective case management.

Amadelo “Delo” Lumagi, part of the Case Manager Support team at our firm, is originally from Manila, Philippines, where he graduated with a major in broadcasting. Delo has accumulated valuable experience in the legal field, having worked in intake for a personal injury firm for over a year, followed by another year specializing in medical intake and records retrieval. Beyond his professional duties, Delo is passionate about community service, actively participating in feeding programs and medical missions to help those in need.

Jaypee Riosa, a member of the Case Manager Support team at our firm, holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Diploma in Culinary Arts. With three years of experience in handling and following up on medical records requests for patients, Jaypee plays a crucial role in supporting our attorneys and case managers. He ensures they have timely access to medical records needed for their client’s cases, facilitating effective case management and client representation.

Neil Saint Michael Mauricio joined Michael Kelly Injury Lawyers in 2024 as a Case Manager Support Specialist, bringing a solid background in the legal field. With experience dating back to 2019, Neil has developed expertise in personal injury case management, particularly in motor vehicle accidents.
