BOSTON, MA – A pedestrian was injured after being struck by a driver near the Boston Medical Center last night, according to WHDH.
The collision occurred in south Boston, near Melnea Cass Boulevard and Massachusetts Avenue, at about 8:15 p.m., when the as-yet-unidentified pedestrian was struck by a car.
The victim was brought to the hospital for the treatment of undisclosed injuries.
The driver, who also has yet to be publicly identified, remained at the scene after the crash.
Authorities continue to investigate the collision at this time.
