After a 12 year career working in sports medicine and physical therapy, Robert came to work for an attorney’s office handling PIP collections. In 2008 he was asked to manage a start-up firm exclusively dedicated to representing medical providers to collect unpaid medical bills due from PIP benefits.
After law school, he joined a prominent firm in Boston representing victims of trucking accidents, construction site accidents and medical malpractice while continuing to service his medical provider clients. In 2017, Robert switched sides and worked in-house for an insurance company managing large exposure trucking accident litigation across the country.
Having gained a wealth of knowledge from the insurance company philosophy, how they evaluate and manage injury cases, Robert has come back to his roots to manage the PIP collection department at Michael Kelly.
When not at work, Robert enjoys spending time with his wife and two teenage boys. Hailing from Needham, MA, he is also a hockey coach and an avid golfer.
